Navy Nurse Candidate Program (NCP) - Earn up to $34,000.00 while in school!

I did know of the Navy Nurse Candidate program, but I'm still figuring out how all this works, and I knew I wanted to serve on a ship- active military duty... I thought the navy nurse program was more for those who want to work on land while still being considered part of the navy.... I feel like this seems way of, as I used to think everyone in the Navy serves at sea... so if you or anyone wants to clarify this I would be super grateful.

As a student, the navy nurse candidate program will be willing to pay for your education – 4 years of nursing education as well as providing a job placement once you graduate and pass the licensure examination. And once you finish your education and become a certified navy nurse, you would be able to give back to the community, through the army and its soldiers and also not get into debt. So it’s basically a win-win situation.Last night I was honored to host a party celebrating Kaitlyn’s commissioning into the United States Navy Nurse Candidate Program. Kaitlyn is the youngest daughter of my good friend, Jeanne. My family has watched this young lady grow from a darling little girl to a poised and confident young woman…right down the street. Officer material for sure. Pictured above are Kaitlyn’s dad and brother…both products of the USN.
